
I’ve been leading remote teams since 2008 and have been helping remote leaders grow since 2014. As the head of marketing and partnerships for FlexJobs, I helped connect individuals and companies to the power of remote and flexible work.
Linkedin Learning tapped me to author remote work courses on their platform that range from helping companies develop remote work policy, to helping individuals succeed in a remote workforce, to helping people negotiate work flexibility. Businesses and government agencies have distributed my courses as part of their learning and development programs, reaching over 1 million professionals.
I’ve coached leadership teams on creating flexible and equitable remote work policies that create an adaptable workforce. I’ve worked with remote teams to build company wide volunteerism programs and helped lead discussions around DEI in a remote workforce.
My approach focuses on the employee experience and helping leaders listen to their teams to support them in the way they are most productive and engaged.
I believe in a world where people can access education and jobs from anywhere, increasing access to upward mobility for communities around the globe.
Simply put, the more companies and individuals succeed at remote work, the more we create equitable upward mobility for all.
