Below are some of the services I offer.

Remote Employee Needs Based Assessment

Each individual and team has their own definition of what an ideal work environment looks like, and what their basic needs are. If you don’t know what that is, you can’t support it.

I can help your organization discover what individuals and teams need to thrive in a remote work environment so your policies can support those needs in an intentional way.

Needs based assessments include:

  1. Discovery: 1-1 interviews with leadership and policy makers to understand gaps and opportunities for supporting their remote workforce. Data review to discover trends in productivity, retention, engagement, employee overhead, wellbeing, workers comp claims, and other data points to help evaluate the remote worker experience.
  2. Remote work survey: Creating and distributing a remote work survey to better understand the needs of individuals, managers and teams in areas such as remote team communication, culture, work flexibility, psychological safety, productivity, wellness, and more. Surveys are customized to meet the needs of each organization based on the discovery process.
  3. Recommendations: Reporting on survey results and providing actionable next steps that inform opportunities for policy improvements, learning and development, retention, productivity and team charter optimizations.

Remote Work Policy Review

Your policies don’t have to be legal documents and employee handbooks that are 100 pages long that nobody reads. They can be nimble and flexible guidelines that evolve alongside the changing landscape of the workplace.

I specialize in helping your organization create organic remote work polices that evolve with the changing needs of the workforce. Together, we can create a remote work policy that is based on equity and designed to optimize the employee experience.

Policy review includes:

  1. Discovery: Reviewing data and interviewing leadership teams to learn how current policies were put in place.
  2. Recommendations: Ensuring teams have their basic needs met to thrive in a remote environment and providing recommendations on team autonomy, culture, accountability, productivity, wellness, and equity.
  3. Processes: Creating feedback and communication processes to inform and evolve remote work policies over time.

Remote Work Coaching

Without proper training, your remote leaders may encounter problems such as proximity bias, inequities in employee representation, distrust, and a lack of employee engagement and productivity.

I offer a variety of remote work coaching to help leaders and teams practice healthy remote team habits on a daily basis.
